Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great for when you are up for a very relaxed holiday, whether it is a babymoon, holiday with small children or couples holiday. Very beautifully decorated and clean rooms.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent. Our room, a standard double, was very spacious and the bathroom was excellent. The African restaurant was excellent as were the breakfasts with a vast selection on offer.

The resort is awesome! The garden and pool area are even better than a botanical garden. It's like paradise on earth! So beautiful And the food was amazing too! We went on our honeymoon, and eveything was just perfect, we stayed for a week and went full board. We were fully satisfied with everything. We will come back for sure

The place is impressive. First of all, the first impression is the size of the complex, vegetation and smell. Nicely integrated African trees such as baobabs and acacias among the swimming pools, bars and restaurants. Fantastic pools where you can relax. Professional service at the reception. The meals in the buffets are very good, the waiters and chefs in the restaurants provide fantastic service. The rooms are very clean, the cleaning ladies do a great job. There are many boutiques and shops nearby. For sunbathers, there is a great beach just a few hundred meters away. For nature lovers, there are amazing sand dunes stretching to Maspalomas. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Great venue in a nice location. Common spaces are beautiful, rooms are clean and big, the gym is not too large but somewhat complete. Not close to the beach, but for me it was not a problem since I like walking and I had a car to go around.

Breakfasts were great, lots of choice and very fresh. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Snack lunches at the poolside bar were also very good. Loved the gardens and pools. Very close to shops and cafes, the beach and promenade.

This place is amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. The facilities were incredible, from pools and entertainment to bars and excursions. Having the addition of the Unique Experience added another touch of luxury to this incredible stay. This allowed us perks like private sun loungers, free snacks and drinks during the day and free entry into the nearby thermal suite which was so cool!! The biggest positive for us was food and dining. Both myself and my wife have food allergies. The hotel couldn't have been more helpful. They gave both of us a red card which we showed to staff before dining. Our own customised menus were presented to us and this meant we had peace of mind when eating. For this reason, we did half board for the entire stay. We would also like to praise three waiters in particular (Pablo, Isla and Beatriz) who were so accommodating to our food allergies and were also just such friendly people. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough! Will definitely return!

The resort is really beautiful with an amazing pool area, nice rooms, professional staff, amazing breakfast. Overall, would definitely recommend.
